MyWVUChart - Patients can access their electronic health record 24/7 by signing up for MyWVUChart. This access is a quick and easy way to request appointments, request prescription refills, review your medications list, problem list and some test results all at your convenience. MyWVUChart also provides a way for you to securely communicate questions to your PCP and nursing staff. Access is available 24/7 but the system is monitored during business hours, so responses will be received within 24 hours. Urgent or emergent questions should not be sent via MyWVUChart or any electronic messaging system. To sign up go to www.mywvuchart.com

Family Medicine Residency

The residency at the UHC Family Medicine Practice is dedicated to education and the care of patients within the practice as it relates to the greater community served by the residency program. We utilize a Patient Centered Medical Home approach together with the latest evidence-based medicine recommendations and the traditional "art of medicine" to provide a complete educational experience for residents and comprehensive and compassionate care for our patients, from birth to 101.
